The University of Michigan has created a 0.3mm temperature sensing "computer".It is so small that even a grain of rice looks like a big rock for this. The computer can be used for monitoring oil reservoirs and biochemical process.

This tiny computer is just 1/10th the size of IBM's former record -setter and so sensitive that its transmission LED could induce currents in its circuits
